The bed was comfortable.

On the booking.com app it says nothing about having NO visitors. As a local who travels back to ballito I was met with security guards who questioned my self and my friend on my stay, to which we then found out that the property does not allow visitors of any kind. Info which I have screenshotted for proof, it says NOWHERE that we are not allowed visitors when booking and paying. Nor is it stated clearly in the brochure upon check-in. The gate process is cumbersome and slow, you are also met with major difficulty when even trying to walk off property ( I was told I had to leave by car only) two of the gate guards were not informed enough to understand the issue I was trying to bring to their attention. They let uber drivers in without asking which units they are picking up from but my friends are met with question after question when just trying to pick me because the gate is far from the apartment nor could I walk out as said. The bed had dirt marks on of which I have pictures everything. The shower leaks from two corners so every shower became a floor clean up. For paying what you do, you get the noise of the M4 and no visitors.

We would suggest a porter service or perhaps available trolley to assist holiday makers with their baggage/belongings as these had to be chartered from vehicle to within the lift and it was rather a mission. One does not want to struggle whilst on holiday,
