Close to CVS, and the beach.

It was nice.

Nothing much. The code to the door was sent, but the door is old and gets stuck - took us 15 minutes to enter the property

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The apartment is located in a very old building on Ocean Drive, which is in dire need of maintenance. Upon entering, we were greeted by an overpowering smell of rotting wood and mold that was so unpleasant, it made us feel nauseous. While the room appeared to have undergone slight renovations, it was far from comfortable. The furniture was minimal and inadequate, and the air conditioning unit was problematic—it leaked when set to a cooler temperature and froze over completely. The fittings in the apartment were outdated, dusty, and emitted an unpleasant odor. The WiFi is old, the bathroom fittings leak and the apartment is truly not fit to live in and ruined our holiday experience. To make matters worse, the host (Olga) was uncooperative and very rude to us when we raised our concerns. Despite the significant health risks posed by the condition of the property, we were denied a refund after leaving within a day. We have shared our grievances and supporting screenshots with Booking.com and will also post them here in the review. The property only offers non-refundable stays since they know that if someone sees the actual condition of the place, they would choose to leave. This property is in urgent need of a major overhaul, and until that happens, I cannot recommend it to anyone! EDIT: Even after 2 weeks, the host and booking.com have not refunded our deposit - I would recommend anyone not to stay here and rather save their cash and look somewhere else to stay!
