Lovely 1 Bedroom Flat - Gazdagrét

Mieszkanie znajduje się daleko od centrum – około 30 minut komunikacją miejską. Jest położone na 5. piętrze, w budynku znajduje się winda. Zarezerwowaliśmy mieszkanie dla 3 osób, jednak pościel była przygotowana tylko dla 2 osób. Trzecia osoba nie miała poduszki, kołdry ani ręcznika. Dodatkowo poduszki były bardzo małe i niewygodne. Właściciel nie zmienił poszwy na kołdrę po poprzednich gościach, co było bardzo nieprzyjemne i niehigieniczne – korzystanie z niej było po prostu odrażające, z tego powodu mieliśmy 1 kołdrę na 3 osoby. W mieszkaniu brudne były zasłony, ściany oraz poduszki dekoracyjne. Kanapa i krzesło wymagają dokładnego wyczyszczenia. Całe mieszkanie zdecydowanie potrzebuje odświeżenia. Przy zameldowaniu właściciel wymaga przesłania zdjęcia dowodu osobistego. Szczerze mówiąc, nocowanie w tym mieszkaniu nie należało do przyjemnych doświadczeń.

Nagyon kellemes, jól felszerelt lakás. Az erkélyről csodás a panoráma. Külön köszönet a pezsgő, csoki bekészítésért! A vendéglátó nagyon kedves, segítőkész!

Minden rendben ment,a szallasado korrekt mindenkinek ajanlom,a legjobban az erintekezi nelkuli bejutas tetszett.Kulon koszonom,hogy a yorki kiskutyam behozhattam a szallasra!

Szuper helyen van. Nekem nagyon kényelmes volt munkába járnom.

It was very quiet and comfortable apartment, no noise from road or neighbours. I lived in 12 countries, in luxury apartments, hostels, nice hotels because of my job and for the price it exceeded my expectations. Car park is superb in a safe area, and always have space and it is free. City center is approx 30-40 mins with public transport or car. There is EV charger nearby at Lidl which is 6 mins away.

There are some small patches and cable management needed but other than that very nice apartment.

I loved the view back into the Budapest hills. So restful. Location was excellent, 2 frequent buses, 8e and 139, were just across the street. Supermarkets also very close. I was here for 7 days.

Bus station is literally 100m that can take you to the city centre in 20 mins, which runs every 10 mins. Supermarket with everything you need is nearby, as well as the ATM and pharmacy. The apartment is quite big and nice, it is also a quiet spot because it is part of a residential district.

Altough small you could find everything you needed for a plesant stay. Good communication with the owner and a nice view from the balcony. In a nice green area. We were alowed with our dog

Not in walking distance from town. We booked the place for 2 persons but the bed was prepared only for one
