Hostal LA POETISA - Auto Check-in

I had a reservation from May16th - May 17th. We checked in but did not end up staying. The building and rooms smell very strongly of cleaning solution which gave us both headaches. The room was also not as advertised as in the photos, the room is small, the bed is also small and lumpy, so if you're a couple, you will find it uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, you will hear every noise in the hallways or adjacent rooms. The address of the property on booking.com is wrong, it is in a totally different place. The actual location is less than desirable. The check in process was long winded, you talk to a screen and a person checks you in remotely. Very strange experience. Booking.com rates this as a 3 star property, when in reality it is only a 2 star. We have sent an official complaint with booking.com and request a full refund. This is unacceptable.

Nähe zum Flughafen. O Burgo Santiago ist echt nett. Fluss in der Nähe, Nette Cafés. Nicht so riesig wie A Coruña. Über Uber gut ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu bekommen.

Check in Online war komisch. Wir bekamen keine Anweisungen vorab. Keine Reaktion auf Emails. Wir standen vor dem Objekt. Tür nur wegen der Reinigungskraft offen. Da gab es einen Terminal an dem wir per Videochat einchecken konnten. Ohne die spanisch sprechende Person vor uns wären wir verloren gewesen. Es stehen Fremde neben dir und er will deine Emailadresse und Telefonnummer?!? Zimmer war echt okay. Aber alles sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn kamen spät heim und waren sehr laut. Kaum geschlafen. Duschtür in Zimmer 2 ließ sich nicht schließen, Wasser lief raus und Waschbecken floss nicht ab.

Het was behoorlijk gehorig de buren hadden in de middag een erg gezellig tijd samen. Inchecken was minder makkelijk de link werkte niet
