The bed was not comfortable and it is dirty

The room not clean n not comfortable bed, the water heater only in one bathroom, kettle the wire is too short can even fix in kitchen and its dirty with some insect died on n the poop inside

Noting

The condition of the house is not safe. I stayed in October 2025, was broken at night while we were sleeping. Our wallet and handphone missing and we realized it in the morning... Thank God we were fine and I didn't awake when he entered, otherwise maybe got fighting and physical injuries. The door very easy to open use a card or scredriver from outside,the balcony has no grill and next to the corridor, thieve can just jump into the balcony. The balcony door doesn't have extra lock from the inside, only a knob that can easily opened from the outside. The owner should make a grill and add extra lock inside. This apartment area is also very quiet, maybe only 10% occupied, the corridor is dark and the parking lot scary. After the incident, the owner didn't answer or reply my call. I just make a police report at the Simpang Pulai police station. Avoid staying here for your safety.

"Bad condo unit"

Location

No wifi. No washing machine. Fridge not cooling and closing well. This because you have to off electric when you leave. So everytime hot fridge. Beds not good. Near the mos. So they wake you up. Outdated condo. Check in procedure is good. No tv channels. Only one water heater providers while there are 3 bathrooms. Will never come back.

stay location to my destination

1) all kitchen plate & bowl, cup, all is plastic. At least cup give 1 ceramic please. Hot drink no good with plastic. Host provide kettle, but use what to drink hot? 2) only 1 bath have hot shower. mean this house only suitable for malay's where used to bath with cold water if host do not provide all toilet with hot shower. please put suitable for malay only. or stated in not all room come with hot shower.
