"OK for quick stay"

Location - the homestay is near to the Simpang Pulai toll. Facilities - each bedroom has its own toilet. Cleanlines - the apartment is adequately clean.

There is no water heater for the shower. The owner should provide at least one. No electric kettle provided. The check in instructions have so many FINE warning. -Fine of RM50 if electrical shock occurs. -Fine of RM100 if the rules are not obeyed. -Charge of RM30 if the dirty dishes are not washed. -Additional charges to rent iron, rice cooker, etc. It is annoying to read and not guest friendly.

Overall ok..money worth for sleeping

The pool was under Maintainace but owner not informing anything. House was not too clean. No soap, no towel..mini stove provided but no button gas provided.

"Save this homestay before it abounded."

Clean, comfortable, parking also had lot and no reservation.

No basic hospitality like soap or body shower gell/towel. No water heater or electric stove Didn't mention to brought own buttane gas stove I Can't even to Make hot drink because no water heater or buttane gas stove. Everything must rent. Swimming pool under construction No WiFi.

"Overall is ok for me"

the rooms are clean & the office staff quite helpful and friendly.

I accidentally locked 1 of the bedroom door, when i called the PIC (malay guy) who based condo here, when he came, he told me he just left condo, he forced to came back to settle my problem.

The cups with coffee/tea stain.. House mold in many places.. The comforte didn't washed, blood stain, totally damaged
