"Don't stay in this place."

The location is good.

The place was not ready & clean we when arrived. We contact the owner but he/she doesn't answer. I had to asked a relative to repeatedly call him. Finally he answered but most of the time he won't answer. There are cockroaches & ants. Hot shower machine was busted & the owner didn't fix it. There was no water after 1 week of our stay. We had to asked the security guard in the lobby for water to shower. We had to stay with friends on that weekend to have a full bath. I would not recommend this place. Good luck for all the stress you'll encounter once you stay in there.

well, the location of the property is within city proper, malls and other establishments are one step away from the loop condo.

"parking space" is to small and lots of tenants parks at the other side of the road next to other establishments
