La zona de la barbacoa estaba muy sucia, tuvimos que limpiarla a fondo para poder pasar tiempo ahí, cosa que tampoco pudimos hacer porque el cañizo no habia sido mantenido y estaba lleno de mosquitos, tuvimos que ir al medico debido a la cantidad de picaduras.

Dom zgodny ze zdjęciami na portalu. Basen nie jest za duży, ale wystarczający. Przyjemny bar przy basenie. Wszystkie sprzęty sprawne, dobrze wyposażone kuchnie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam.

Pokoje w dolnej części mają zapach wilgoci, ale da się przeżyć.

Outside had plenty sun beds sitting area’s , shaded area and bar. Kitchen and lounge were great in the upper level.

The Underbuild…. Was dark , no TV, door handle falling off, washing machine did not empty water and had to drain by hand, lots of mosquito’s, smell of insecticide, carpet was dirty.

The most well appointed Villa we have stayed in. We are a group of friends who particularly enjoyed the outside bar area, where we spent most of our time.

Carolyn who met us at the property was lovely, she appreciated our concerns that the property was not as advertised (it was 2 separate propertys rather than 1 as advertised - this did not suit our family at all as we could and would not leave children in a separate property from us). The property itself was clean and tidy and in a lovely location. The facilities there were as described, apart from it being a house upstairs with 2 bedrooms with a separate 3 bed apartment underneath which is accessed from outside the upstairs house via the pool area. If there was an internal staircase it would have been perfect. Unfortunately this property is not what it was meant to be.

We notified the owner and Booking.com that the property hadnt been advertised correctly. we booked & paid for a 5 bed villa which is what we needed; on arrival it was a 2 bed house upstairs with a 3 bed apartment underneath. Carolyn (keyholder) was lovely & opened up the owners bedroom for us to use to try & make it more workable for us. Unfortunately because we had 6 children with us (not all related) it meant we couldnt double them up in bedrooms so my husband and I had to sleep in separate accommodations for the week. Nowhere on the website did it say it wasn't 1 property. we spent the first 2& half days of our holiday trying to find alternative accommodation but were unable to. The owner was surprised this would cause us concern even after we said we would not put children in an apartment thats accessed from outside & via a pool area. It is not safe, nor legal to leave children under 11 in a property on their own! Nb we are pleased to see the listing has now been updated to avoid future renters have their holiday ruined. AS AN ADD ON FOLLOWING REPLY FROM BOOKIPLY - The property WAS left in a clean & tidy condition, we stripped all the beds before departure to aid the cleaner, we washed & dried all the towels apart from 2 we used the morning we left including cleaning items which we were thanked for, we wiped down & hoovered through each day, again apart from the day we left and this was due to the electric having tripped in the night - we were informed there was an electrical fault with the downstairs hob that kept tripping the electricity. There was a small ornament that had been knocked off the side by accident, we replaced it with a similar type albeit slighter larger than the damaged one. No other items were damaged at the property. We were asked for our bank details by the key holder as we had been offered 100euro refund. A waste of 1,548.79 Euros.
