Good location,spatious apartment,new appliances and furniture,well intended but ineffective hosts

Flatscreen could not beconnected to TV,radio,or internet. After the third day of my stay the only thing I could watch was Netflix and trying for about 5 minutes each time to connect to a family Netflix in the building. Window (on the ceiling) could not open in the bedroom. Bedroom clima controller had some problem and was only showing percentage,not temperature and wouldn't stay were I would raise it. As a result that room was very cold in the first cold days of my stay. I ve had to complain twice about the door lock signalling 'low battery', ie. it would not open, in order to have it replaced. Asked for a bedside lamp,nothing came. Clothes drier was leaky. Very dirty kitchen hood, tabletops,TV furniture,extremely dirty TVcontrol and shower doors.Horrible, suffocating, putrid stench in the entrance before the apartment, had to leave the door to the main entrance of the building open. Also very dirty. After the negative written reaction to my written complaints, one of the owners who did come was very polite,still couldn't do anything. What was done was a free second cleaning and change the lock battery. I had to live in such conditions for 15 days. Until the end I kept hoping something would be fixed. Nothing did. In the end they offerd to give me some compensation. I have not seen any compensation nor any tax reiceipt that I ve requested them.
