Great location Excellent accommodation, with 2 en-suites.

Inability to park close to flat to unload and load luggage meant a long walk to access to flat carrying everything for our stay.

The location was excellent, the place was clean and the check in/out procedure a doddle. Couldn’t have asked for better!

The location was fabulous and the beds were very comfy

The number of stairs to the flat. Sofas were a bit hard and uncomfortable but perfectly functionable

The stairs… we were at the top of the building Only 2 dinning chairs and there were 5 of us… only 4 mugs … the equipment needs to match how many people the flats accommodate Sofa beds were uncomfortable for sitting and would not seat 6 people Broken plug in bathroom but they did attend and fix it quickly and the ladies that support over the phone were great

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and clean. Shower was good. Modern and comfortable. Some noise but not too bad.

Lots of stairs… not good for older people with cases! Needs a bigger table…only 2 chairs. My original booking gave the address as Union Street which caused a major muddle for us. The confirmation from Booking.com needs to rectify this. Parking was expensive.

Excellent location. Very clean and tidy flat with enough from for the 6 of us. Great facilities and friendly communication.

Maybe just need to state more clearly about the steepness of stairs to property. Has my dad with us who is mobile but walks with a stick so the stairs were quite tricky. Over all great but would have loved some oven gloves and a sweeping brush.
