"Pleasant"

It gives our workcation a comfortable and homy feeling. There were some delays with the prepation and cleaning time of the unit though, it was not yet that ready though when it was our time to check.in, but the staff is accomodating and realy tried their best to make the place clean for us.Overall it was a very good stay.

It was so cozy and the utensils for cooking is complete. The owners are so nice.

The cr and bathroom has molds and other particles especially sa shower head and faucets.

The property is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfy as well

If you are looking for a property near airport then this is the place for you. But if you want to explore Davao and don’t have a car then expect an expensive taxi rate.

Location was good- near airport and SM Lanang. Swimming pool was near the property. House was clean. Had extra mattresses. Owner - very very nice.

No hot water in the showers. No aircon in the living/dining room.

Comfortable and clean. Very close to the airport. The host is very nice, responsive and accommodating.

There was a power outage during our stay. An unfortunate even that is beyond anyone’s control.
