A69 - Felicidade Marina Apartment

On the whole, the apartment was fine, it was in a great location, it was spacious and and very clean. There were enough towels, bedlinen and a view over the marina that caught the sun. Easy to get into and parking across the road.

There were a number of things could have been better. Firstly the agents Dream Algarve just hand you the key and you have to ask them for directions, how to get in etc. they don't offer the information and don't seem interested. When we arrived at the correct floor of the building, there is no indication which apartment you have the key for, so had to call to ask. It was January and still colder at night, but there was only one small heater in the bedroom. We also discovered the kettle didn't work, but a new one and an extra heater were left for us the next day. There is no oven which is a shame, but if you put more than one/two plates on the hob on with the TV on and say you've just had a shower so the water heater is on too ..... the whole flat trips out electrically and you have to find the meter cupboard to reset it. This happened numerous times. The hot water cylinder was also leaking - there was a pan underneath it when we arrived. We did notify Dream Algarve, but it wasn't fixed and another leak occurred, so we just continued to empty the pans so the overflow didn't leak into the kitchen. We then found the toaster didn't work either. There is only one small settee, two large single beds in the lounge to sit on and the TV doesn't have any channels, only subscription channels and YouTube. It's a shame, the apartment is nice, it could do with a more comfortable settee and bed and needs a management company who checks and fixes things before guests arrive.

Lägenheten är rymlig, bekväm och med en vacker balkong. Det har en stormarknad i närheten där du också kan äta och äta frukost, vilket är mycket bekvämt.

Directions to find the apartment from the staff were wrong and after wasting time going from one apartment to anther trying to find the location we had to go back to get the right directions. They also warned us if we left any rubbish even in containers we would be finded. REALLY

O apartamento é amplo, bastante confortável e dispõe de cozinha completa. O café da manhã é levado entre 7h e 9h.

As chaves são entregues numa imobiliária, no Centro de Lagos.

A localização deste apartamento foi bem perto da Marina de Lagos, um ótimo lugar. Apartamento bem equipado, bem decorado, grande, sala dois ambientes, uma sacada grande e com vista linda para a Marina, apenas com um quarto de casal, e dois sofás camas na sala. Estávamos em três pessoas, mas deu para acomodar. Tinha estacionamento na rua gratuito bem de frente ao prédio. Quanto ao café da manhã era deixado na porta um saco com alguns ingredientes, assim mesmo veio faltando para uma pessoa, durante a nossa estadia. A cidade tem muitas praias, uma mais linda que a outra.

Quando chegamos na cidade, tivemos que ir até uma imobiliária para pegar as chaves, até ai tudo bem, não tinha fila. O ruim foi achar lugar para estacionar o carro. E sobre o atendimento desta imobiliária deixou a desejar. Como estávamos em três pessoas, faltou 01 jogo de toalhas de banho e rosto e o piso para o banheiro, e ainda 01 travesseiro com fronha. Solicitamos no dia da chegada e no dia seguinte, por duas vezes nesta imobiliária, e nada. Foram levar no dia seguinte só as toalhas, porque não levaram o piso do banheiro e nem o travesseiro. Tivemos que improvisar com uma almofada para dormir. Achei uma falta de atenção da parte desta imobiliária, mesmo deixando recado, nem assim fomos atendidos. Atendimento péssimo.
