Todo. La ubicación es excelente. En primera línea de playa con acceso directo a la playa Cantal Roig desde el complejo del apartamento. La piscina es inmejorable Todo perfectamente limpio. El apartamento es un un auténtico espectáculo y con todo lujo de detalles. El personal que lo gestiona muy profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte durante la estancia. Con diferencia la mejor estancia en Calpe de todas las que hemos estado.

Achacable al apartamento nada. Lo único que están de obras al lado y hay ruido durante la jornada laboral.

We couldn’t access flat till after 6pm due to cleaning, agent elusive. Lack of basics like shower gel, coffee ,cleaning products, we had to buy toilet rolls & dishwasher tablets for a 2 night stay

Nice apartment, great view.

The accomodation is close to cafes and restaurants. We ate breakfast in the apartment. It had all that we required. There is a nice pool (unheated) which we used and direct access to a small beach which is very nice. The outdoor terraced area was great for relaxing .

All was good.

Perfect apartment with spectacular location and balcony. Every person in our family loved the lounger on the balcony and spent hours there. Location in Calpe is so perfect, the glory of the Ifach in view and large beach boardwalks with activities, restaurants and shops in two directions. Beach directly below the apartment was less crowded than the larger public beaches, perfect. Good value and felt very secure.

As international family of four, we had two frustrations. Check in could have been smoother, likely travel exhaustion played a part. We found some amenities sparse - only one beach chair and expected to use same towels for bathing and beach, little soap/paper products to get us through even a day or two.

Sunny, airy and good-sized apartment with magnificent views over Calpe Bay. Very large and cozy terrace, nice communal grounds, next to the beach, everything is well-maintained. The apartment also has heating, which we particularly sought for in winter. Would have given it 5 stars (instead of 4.5), provided there was no singing neighbour.

A neighbour upstairs starts singing at 7am in the morning *every day*, the apartment seems to have very poor sound isolation (even rapid walking above is audible). Always a shame when premium apartment developers spared costs on sound-proofing. After asking the owner whether it's possible to speak to the singer and at least do it a bit later, so not to wake other residents up, the noise has shifted to 8am. Still, can definitely recommend this apartment for early-risers or someone not sensitive to noises.
