"Une nuit à Bologne !"

Le jardin est top en cette saison ! L'hôte est arrangeant et disponible. Les échanges étaient fluides et récupération des clés top. Très bien placé. Accessible depuis la gare de train avec les bus 21 25 35 11...

Il manquait des torchons mais c'est un point minime.

Very professional, but pretty anonymous arrangement with Signo Nicolò. Very dependable, but obviously no personal contact wanted – no phone availability. Everything works via WhatsApp. This is not my sense of communication. Anyway the apartment is very clean, we did not use the kitchen but it seemed to be complete. Very good bathrooms, too.

What we were missing is window curtains. We would have liked to darken the bedrooms and avoid the feeling of being watched from outside but this was impossible. Worse thing: About 10 minutes before we were going to leave the apartment right on time the cleaning lady stepped in and started her work. She was very sorry but obviously she was forced by the landlord to do so. We really felt being kicked out of the apartment we rented for good money. Very disappointing was for me having to beg for a receipt days after the stay. Landlord Mr. Nicolò promised me quite a few times to send the receipt but he didn't. When I eventually wrote to him that I would inform booking.com about this behavior he finally reacted and sent the receipt. Seemed to me that this was a problem for him. Which leaves a bad taste of doing business anyway.
