Clean , neat, comfortable, I felt if we needed to contact anyone it would not have been a problem. Unfortunately because ice storm was coming we checked out a day early. Our family lives in North Port and we usually stay in traverse City but found this gem at Christmas time! Would love to stay again this spring

"I would stay there again if I’m in the area."

The location was perfect. The room was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice add on of coffee in the room.

There was a significant amount of noise transfer through the walls and was unable to turn down the volume on the TV, I kept trying but it remained the same.

"Good but not perfect."

No grab rails in the bathtub. Mt husband slipped getting in the shower, ended up in the hospital with a huge hematoma on my leg.

Location convenience is the reason we stay here. The hotel cleaning person is super friendly and helpful. The room is cute and we always enjoy our stay.

I would love coffee filters for the coffee pot so we can use our own special blend.
