It fit my family

I booked this almost a month before. There was no response to anything I communicated. Thursday, 2 days before our check in, they messaged about all the requirements. I'm a busy person and there were so many requirements. I messaged in the morning of the check-in and there was still no response. Finally 20 minutes past check-in time, the helper messaged and helped out. I told her that my sister would be coming in late so she told me to take a photo of the pass. When my sister arrived, they said that the pass wasn't authorized and the help should have endorsed her name. So my sister had to go back. Also, I and my nephews were on antihistamines the whole time there. I know they tried their best to clean, but there were so many cheap decors that were harbingers of allergies. I don't usually complain about my stay but this was just terrible.
