It was clean and very comfortable. Basic things like tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc were provided.

The neighbours have a lot of security cameras around their house that can look out into this property. It didn't bother me, but it might bother someone else.

Too intense of a room freshener, I had to take them out of the house to be able to breathe

I liked the location, and the common areas and facilities were clean and organized. The provided bathrobes were very soft and fit even me, a 6’3” larger build guy.

The property advertised champagne but they didn’t actually provide it, and did not compensate or fix the issue after we messaged them. The shower is quite small, and the smaller of the shower heads has a broken mount so you had to hold the head if you wanted to use it. They did not provide any extra blankets or linens, if you were too cold you had to turn up the air temperature and wait. The hot tub never went above 39 Celsius despite being set to 40, and it seems like it has been locked by the owner to not go any higher. When I messaged the hosts, they did not respond for over 24 hours, and we’re not helpful at all.
