Good location, great pool & garden and generally nice building. Lovely view from the balcony.

The shower was absolutely disgusting, hard to believe they were happy to let guests use it. Scuffs on the walls in the bedroom. Coffee maker did not work. Only one wine glass provided. Security on reception were not very welcoming.

I like the place, quiet, clean, comfortable and I feel like home.

No one came to clean the flat, replace the towels, and don't know how to turn on the fan extractor. Should have notes how things work. It will be a great help.

Our stay was ruined by the horrible smell.

There was an awful, horrible smell of plumbing for our entire stay. While they did send someone to check the smell, it was not resolved during our 3 night stay. No offer of compensation or partial refund was made, and when I requested this I was ignored and later told no after I contacted booking.com. We would have preferred to check out and move to a new accommodation but we just didn't have time with attending wedding events and had hoped the issue would be resolved. Very disappointed no compensation was offered. It's not right. Do NOT stay here - unless you want to pay full price to stay somewhere that smells like a sewer.

The location and the building are good. The owner shows good will.

The kitchen accessories were not in good condition. The bread slice toaster plastic was partially melted. The fridge freezer door did not close properly, and there was a big ice build-up. The espresso coffee machine lacks parts to allow proper & convenient usage. The marble tiles in the shower had black mold on, and although cleaned by the owner on the first evening, reappeared after a couple of days. The place is not really planned for 3 beds. While a 3rd bed is in place, the passage is narrowed.

Nice quiet premises, security/reception staff and ladies from the shops were both helpful Note, toilet seat was slightly loose. Also, please can you check to see if I left my AirPods at your apartment. They are in a clear, floral case. Thank you.
