Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatkan päässä paljon nähtävää. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja kiva parveke kauniilla pihanäkymällä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka(vaikea löytää)

Asuntoa ei voi mainostaa yhden makuuhuoneen huoneistoksi. Pienessä alkovissa oleva sänky kapea ja sijoitus hankala kun takana nukkuvan on vaikea kömpiä pois herättämättä toista. Kääntäkää sänky. Olohuoneen sohvan jouset pitävät meteliä sohvalla liikkuessa. Saunassa kiukaan suojana oleva kaide on toiselta puolelta heppoisesti kiinni. Näyttää vaaralliselle.
