Tout avait l'air neuf, c'était hyper propre, super rapport qualité prix, bien situé dans le centre, pas de bruit de la ville, super douche

Petite précision, c'est une allée piétonne et il n'y a pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est noté dans l'annonce. Mais on n'a pas eu de mal à se garer pas trop loin (400m)
