Excelent location next to Palas. Price was ok

Cleanliness was superficial. We wanted to use the wasching machine but it was full of dirty towels and there was no detergent. Missing some esentials in the kitchen (eg: paper towels)

Staff very friendly. Some issue at arrival where I had to use some force, but overall very good. I also received the message for check in before the time scheduled. The apartment is really huge and cozy, the couch is very confortable.

The bed. Needs to be changed or fixed. I didn't sleep almost all the night because the matress was too hard and the bed was making noise with any movement. Hand, leg, all the neighboors can hear it if you move something in that bed. And also, needs a all black courtain, to keep the light outside as not all the People can sleep when the room is very bright

Heating and warm water were OK. The property had all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay. But, not quality stuff, the cheapest possible. So, I would not say it was fair value for the money.

The property was not properly prepared for our arrival (I replaced the coffee machine that was damaged, a tube under the sink was loose and I had to fix it). The property is in a construction area, The access to the studio I rented was difficult.

The location.

The lack of the basic facilities that make an accommodation chargeable for AT LEAST some rest. The A/C, bed, sofa bed and shower were all broken 1. THE BED! Worst mattress I have ever slept on, but that wasn't even the core issue! The disastrous aspect of it though was that the upper width of the bed, where the mattress should find its natural support, was entirely broken. Have you ever tried to sleep on an inflatable slide, heads down the slide? How about the other way around? We tried. It's simply impossible. 2. Plan B for getting some rest: The sofa bed in the living room. Also broken. Could only serve for sitting and watching TV, maybe? So NO REST for us that night what so ever, which left a huge damage in our travel experience the next day, when we had planed to continue our journey to Bucovina's mountains. 3. A/C very old, not working properly - they "fixed" it by putting an improvised external lamp switch to it, which can only turn the A/C on or off, predefined at 26 degrees, with no other remote adjustable functions, as the remote was broken as well. August, middle of Iasi city centre, 37 degrees outside - and A/C wasn't there to help. A functional A/C could have definitely made a difference that night. It didn't. 4. The Shower head support in the wall is broken also. It only works if you hold it by hand. At least we could shower. What could have been better? The basic facilities that make an accommodation worth listing or charging on any booking app! Between the unbearable august heat and the broken bed & sofa, our rest that night was basically nonexistent, which is any traveler's most fearful nightmare, when you need to hit the long road early the next day. Overall, horrendous experience!
