Sy sgt kecewa dgn penginapan di sini check in kul 3 to 4.30 bru dpt kunci lama menunggu di kereta.wifi password pun kena minta bru dpt klau xminta xdpt guna wifi owner xsediakan.deposit pun owner minta byk rm200 secara bank in tp masa check out xterus dpat deposit tu dia suruh tnggu 2hri dulu bru nk refund tu pun xtau lgi dia pulangkan atau dia tipu Masih menunggu refund Sy ni.first time dpt penginapan begini.

The apartment was clean. And the equipment was good and fast wifi.

The things that I don't like....about the toilet. Not clean and sticky! Then, Tv remote and aircond remote control don't have battery inside. I ask for the battery t the agent, until tomorrow I still not get my battery. The agent give me 1 apartment with 2 rooms which is master bedroom got queen bed and another room only single bed. And the 3rd bed at living room. So not proper for two couple friends/family. I booked 1 apartment with 2 rooms and 2 queen beds. For what I got is not my indeed. And for the parking, if u go with 2 cars, one of it need to pay for the parking RM15. Furthermore the agent not fast respond at Whatsapp. Calling also was busy. Please guys, if u are dealing with RAPI HOMESTAY/AGENT LOW HONG DI, please avoid and dont make the booking. We as a guest need to keep on texting for the details and keep on asking for the refundable. They are not professional. And until now NOT SAYING SORRY for late reply and NO SAYING THANK YOU after checkout. This guy's not asking everything was good for the guest or not. Self check in and then they just silent. And for the deposit need to pay by touch&go only and not cash. Lastly, For the service I give only 1⭐. So guys, choose wisely for company homestay/agent!

nice but need water hilter

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child, so I expected 3 towels to be provided. Unfortunately, only 2 towels were given and they were in poor condition, not really absorbent. No bottled water was provided either. On the day of check-out, I tried to use the lift at 11.00 am but it took almost an hour to get down, even though there were 4 lifts available. Overall, this was quite inconvenient and disappointing.
