Cozy 2- Bedrooms Unit In Hamilton

Very clean and modern

It looked clean and cozy. The facilities were available to use and was easy to navigate them for usage. Detergent and basics of cooking items with coffee, tea & sugar were provided.

The beds and towels had a musty mildew smell. There is not much ventilation unless you want to open both the doors to your room and have it open to the yard. The TV is situated right beside the stove, so be careful when cooking. There were multiple cleaning instructions that were needed to be done before leaving the apartment.

We could hear the neighbours clearly. Which meant they could hear our tv and us. Maybe put tv in the room. No instructions as to use of wm and remotes. Key sticks in lock of first bedroom. Lack of park area for vehicle. Limited space.

Noisy next neighbor and there are lots ants around . In corner of ceiling for bathrooms there are lots of little flies in the web they should clean that.

Tidy and warm, loved the shower!

For us the location was perfect. The beds and pillows were really comfortable giving a good night sleep. The unit stayed nice and warm without the need for heating whilst we were there. Also having a washing machine was very handy.

With the unit adjoining the house and having a door between the two they need to invest in sound proofing it, we could hear the neighbours clearly at times. There was no lounge area, to watch TV you had to sit at the kitchen table.

The beds were comfy, the unit was clean, was a simple design, and the location was a nice area.

That parking was across the street, the cleaning procedures while there was an $80 cleaning fee, and the table was a bit loose. The booking said there was a living room, however, they messaged after and let us know there wasn't, as there wasn't one pictured.

The bathroom was lovely. The area quiet and handy to where we needed to be. It was private.

No lounge or couch to relax on. Cleanliness could improve, dusty around sliding doors and found an old sock under one bed.
