Beds comfy. Extra blankets. House was clean and tidy. Infinity hot-water - didn't run out of hot water. All cupboards labelled with contents. House was warm with heater. Quiet neighbourhood

No lounge area. Rubbish bins outside overflowing. No off-street parking. Compendium should be on table, not on top of fridge - took a short time to find it.

"the place was spotless and brand new but wasn’t suitable"

the place was very clean with brand new facilities

there was nowhere to sit and relax as a family as there wasn’t a couch or separate living space or a television ok sky the internet was slow and you had to be quiet by 8 o’clock at night there wasn’t anywhere to bbq or relax under cover outside either and the neighbour was rude about us parking in the parking area Infront of his house

Lovely new, clean and comfy place. Loved the room set up with both rooms having outdoor access to own deck area.
