Many things to love about this hotel! Convenient location in North Pattaya, gorgeous views from the sea-facing rooms, great swimming pool, awesome breakfast buffet, friendly staff (especially the breakfast team), comfortable bed, clean room.

Difficult aspects for us... No vegetarian food on the bistro and restaurant menus. No soundproofing between the rooms - we endured several noisy neighbors as well as many loud guests in the hallways at all hours.

allowing us to have breakfast earlier than the opening time when we needed to join a tour at 6:30am, perfect English from the front desk, close to the beach and good view

the decorations are a bit outdated, but you can guess it was done long ago and they have now installed some new equipments like lights control panel and the detector for opening windows that will stop the AC, which is nice.
