The property was advertised as luxury but it was not. The arrival instructions were not clear. The bed was not comfortable with a lot of partner disturbance. The couch was not comfortable and there were no other chairs in the lounge so it was the only option. We had a 10am check out time but we were hassled by the cleaners knocking repeatedly on the door before 10am on check out day. There was no light over the mirror in the bathroom. The property did not represent value for money.

Couch (sofa bed)was awful. Hard and the metal bar for bed can be felt. Garden needs weeding. Beds uncomfortable, slats need fixing on single beds, main bedroom door would not close and shower needs fixing.
NZNZElectric blankets need securing. Not enough seating in lounge. Sofa bed didn’t work. Instructions for the cooking hobs would be helpful for people not familiar with them.

NZThe place was clean, tidy and had all the facilities needed to stay. Was very handy having an allocated car park. Was close to facilities which was great.
I would have liked a bit more communication from the hosts, attempted to contact them twice but didn't get a response. Was not urgent but a response would have been nice.
