CRIt’s located in a nice and safe gated community. It’s well equipped. Cool pool area. Nice views .
It’s far away from the beach. You will need a car to go eat as there’s nothing nearby. There’s some tiny uncomfortable steps up in order to reach the unit so have this in mind if you bring suitcases. It’s self service check in so nobody will show you around or explain where the unit is. Main door bounces and makes noise all night if there’s windy conditions outside.
ZAWe enjoyed the location, which is not far from everything, especially the morning jog. We loved the style of the furniture, cleanliness, clean wimming pools, and safety of the complex. We walked at night from the restaurant next to the beach and we felt safe.
The parking space is awkward for a big car to park in, and driving out there, there is not enough space to move around. The fridge makes some irritating noise, which is even worse when you are asleep. I suggest they change the mattress, it makes squeaky noises.
FRWe had a very pleasant short stay at the studio. Everything was wonderful and the communication with our host was smooth and quick. The area is beautiful and safe and a little extra is also the pool of the property. It is also in a practical location to hike up lionshead. I can highly recommend.

Access code to front door repeatedly didn't work. Parking is ultra tight and when a car was parked in the bay next to 31, it was impossible to park our car in the allocated bay. Fortunately the security guard allowed us to park in an unused bay for the night otherwise we would have had to park on street. When opening the front door, there is a risk of falling down the stairs. Stairs per se are unsafe. Virtually impossible to watch such a tiny TV from the bed and no comfortable chairs to watch close by.

DEThe Apartment is perfect for a stay in Cape Town, particularly in Camps Bay. It has everything you need, it is safe, it was super clean and we loved the location as well as the view. The hosts were super supportive during our stay and we would 100% recommend it!
