"This is a beautiful and spacious apartment, but the beds are uncomforable."

The apartment is lovely and spacious. We were amazed at how nice it was.

The beds were not comfortable and the TV was situated in such a way that you could only watch it sitting at the dining room table. That seemed unfortunate.

"Large house with modern facilities close to beach, taverna and town."

Very modern. Excellent facilities. Well equipped. Large and very spacious. The AC in the bedrooms (not in living area) was very effective-we were in a heatwave! Plenty of hot water and powerful shower. The use of the washing machine.

Nothing really - minor suggestions would be a toaster in the kitchen and a mirror in the bedrooms.
