"Nice but it had a few issues"

Location to downtown

The bathroom ceiling was damaged, the drawer knob was hanging, the bathroom towel rack not stable and dusty and the bedroom would turn on and off the tv, but would not change the channel. Add the swimming pool was not suitable for swimming . Water was dirty.

"Never again"

Close to downtown

Not clean/ was expecting to cook not enough this to cook with. Glass was broken that was in cabinet. Called to get help with tv and for over all things! Never no reply not happy at all. Overall payed for just sleeping there. Never again

Heat did not work in the living room area. Couldn't get fireplace lit. Heating unit in bedroom did not heat very well. Lighting in bathroom was not great. Towel holder above toilet came out of the wall when I put my wash cloth on it. It had missing screw and not secured in wall.

"Fair to poor and too $$$"

Gatlinburg just in walking distance was a 10.

Couch was broken down, heat unit in living room not working properly, shelf in bathroom broken, bathroom was dirty, and little to no dinnerware.
