Villa para 6 con piscina privada.

Bella villa situata in una posizione strategica. Posto tranquillissimo, fuori dal caos, infatti la notte si riposa molto bene. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, comodissimo per la sera. Casa molto ampia e ben tenuta soprattutto l’esterno. Proprietario super disponibile e gentile. Alcune mattine abbiamo visto una persona affetta al lavaggio della piscina. Molto apprezzato.

Consiglierei un po’ più di manutenzione all’interno della casa.

The property has the most beautiful garden and fabulous pool area. We saw lots of wildlife and some beautiful flowers blooming. It was very close to Cuitadella old town, just a six minute drive. Also Diskont store was walking distance, just around the corner. The house was well equipped and barbecue briquettes and matches were left for us and much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay.

The property was great. Only suggestion would be mattress protectors that have some padding and washable pillow protectors would have been lovely and some thicker cotton bedding.

There was lots of living space and the garden was beautiful.

Location was great. Very easy access walking into the town for all the restaurants and also walking distance to the pick up point for our hire car - plenty of space for parking on the road. Lovely spacious villa - owner gave us some fab restaurant recommendations. Pool was a definite bonus. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Although it states "air-conditioned accommodation" it's only in the lounge although the bedrooms did have fans. Luckily as we went in October it didn't really affect us but worth noting especially if you're going in July/Aug.

beautiful villa in a great location with a great pool. off road parking lots of space for a family holiday. owner was very helpful and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this villa.

aircon is only 1 unit in the living room so although there were fans we did find it quite hot at night. the mattresses were not the most comfortable

the location of the property was perfect easy to walk into town and also has free parking onn the road. The pool was perfect for the warm weather and great to entertain some family who live close by.

Could have done with a few more items in the kitchen
