The owner property was good. The accomadation is nice.

No information about the pool closer. That very disappointed.

location is good

This homestay doesn't participate with the agency at The Shore, so cannot check-in at the lobby and have to arrange ownself with the owner. Therefore, there may need to be some compromise on the arrangement of timing between 2 parties. Not an issue if everyone is ok, but something for other visitors to be aware of. Also, only one card key is provided which can be a hassle as it is used for going up the lift.

Was close to main attractions.

There weren’t toilet paper and was a terrible smell in the toilet. You don’t have access to the swimming pool because of new order from April 25.

Good location, communicative host, very convenient with a Orange mart (convenience store) below. Very value for money.

2nd room was basically just a converted storeroom, quite small and not recommended if you have people on the larger side or even average to stay there. Saw a couple of baby cockroaches in the room too.

nice location, the unit was clean, and easy check in / check out

Obviously the elevator service. We had to take the stairs (from 13A) to the parking lot at Lvl 1. We gave up waiting for the lift after more than 30 minutes of waiting. If you want to check out, please do so few hours before the compulsory check out time, otherwise you will find waiting for the lift the most annoying part of the stay.
