The accommodation was clean and conducive for the family. The house is in a safe neighborhood that's family friendly with a play area within stone throw from the house.

The back garden needs a clean. The lawn area needs trimming.

The beds were very comfortable, good location. Lots of supermarkets. Key code entry was good. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice decor.

Kitchen - only 4 forks and 3 dining chairs, yet advertised for 10 people. Chipped mugs, bin lid didn't close, saucepans not big enough to cater for the 8 people we had. Cupboard full of broken chairs in the lounge. Bathrooms - in one shower the temperature gauge only went up, not down, so the shower was far too hot and unusable. TVs - very slow to get working, most remotes needed new batteries, one remote missing completely. Garden - complete mess Bedrooms - bed sheets did not stay on the beds, one was stained. One mattress badly stained. Check-in - we arrived to find the cleaner still there, she was there for an hour after our agreed check-in time. She was very embarrassed, I don't think she was given our agreed check in time. Communication - I sent a message via booking.com to the owners to ask a question about the bins, but it was never replied to. These are all easy fixes and would have made a big difference to our stay. A smaller group would have been more comfortable, there weren't enough chairs in the lounge for our big group.

Lovely house with garden access in a quiet, family-heavy part of Stoke. Check-in instructions were clear and everything in the house was as advertised.

A £250 deposit wasn’t advertised on the booking and has yet to be returned around six days after check-out. There could have been more storage options in the upstairs bathrooms but other than that a good place to stay.

The property is beautifully decorated, especially the bedrooms- it’s all decorated to a high standard with tvs I all the bedrooms. There were 2 bathrooms + an en-suite + a downstairs toilet which was ideal for our group size. We also liked that the house was spacious and comfortable. The house had a big back garden too. The house was lovely and warm and made our trip memorable. I was sceptical to book at first due to no reviews but I’m glad I took the chance. Don’t be put off by the way it looks on the outside, it’s beautiful inside. It was great. When we arrived we noted a few things that were wrong/broken but the team were not able to send someone out to rectify. They did however, agree to give us free late check out as an apology. The team were prompt with responses too which was great.

the cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, there wasn’t enough glasses/plates/cutlery for a house that hosts 10 people. There were marks on carpets, walls, a broken flashing spotlight in the living room, a missing remote in one of the bedrooms, nowhere to dispose of bins (previous people’s bins bags were still dumped in the back garden when we arrived). Overall, there were little things that were either broken or just dropped the standard a little like broken fridge drawers/toilet seats etc. We also felt that for a house that hosts up to 10, a bigger dining table is really needed as well as more pots/pans/cutlery etc.
