i like the location,but the place so small only 3 persons can fit.So i have to get a hotel for the 2 guest.It was stated in my booking that there are 5 guest

It was confusing and complicated to know how to access especially for someone who just arrived and did not get a sim card yet with internet. Luckily, a lady from the security of the building shared her internet with me so that I could connect and reach out to the facility management to get information about how to access and get to my room. I would suggest to at least prepare a wifi internet at the lobby of the building. Other than that the stay was pleasant

"It was great until the hidden charges"

Great as advertised

Hidden charges. They said pet firendly but they charged 750, second you allow pets and there are ubfirtunate events that pets would pea we cleaned as best we could. But they still charged a cleajibg fee of 2000php. This should be more transparent had they explained thos we could have opted not to bring the pet. Also they ask for security deposit of 3000php which was the first time in maby bookings i did with booking.con. Hoping you would also protect your loyal patrons from this. Make sure your unit owners are transparent.
