Helpful location, everything mostly worked, good value. Beds quite comfy.

Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. The shower had 0.0001 degrees of turn between scalding and lukewarm. There was an electrical fitting hanging loose at the back of the kitchen cupboard. Need to dust the bathroom extractor fan. Washing machine struggled to drain, needs the filter clearing.
