"Cute apartment with view"

The apartment is cute. They have nice details like coffee, water, ball for beach, towels, etc.

Apartment is a bit small for 4 if it's many days. The area around the hotel doesn't have any restaurants so you need to take a car or the trolley.

The apartment is beautiful. We had a great experience in our stay there. The place is extremely clean and the views are amazing. We will come back definitely.

The hotel was overcrowded of people, but that is what one expects in Miami summer weekends.

"Apartment well equiped but a lot of things to improve"

Apartment well equiped, a lot of things to go to the beach ( towels...). The beach is near the building The owner give by whatsApp all the informations. Gentle attentions ( soda, water, chocolates)

The check in is an amazing mess, around 1 hour ; after a long trip is not what we expected. Not enough staff at the office to treat all the arrivals. A lot of time again to check ID, to complete papers...We have discover after the payment that the valet to park was mandatory! Again lack of time, each time you want to reuse your car. Clearly all that need to be improved. The pool is in maintenance, after check in internet it appears that it's the case since few months.... For this level of price it's a mess. We have the impression that it was a trap for tourist on some aspects by comparison with all the others hotels used in Florida even if the apartment itself was quite good.

"A great 2 day stay"

The property is clean, and has everything you need! Owners are super friendly and helpful. I would stay again and would definitely recommend booking. Easy free Florida shuttle bus stop right outside to get anywhere you need (north/south beach), ocean drive and shopping mall. Great valet service. Quick and easy check in and friendly reception staff who were also very helpful giving us info on things to do, places to go etc.

The hotel in which the apartment is located is really bad. The people who work there aren’t friendly and not helpful at all.

Position of the property was great and valet was brilliant

It was a difficult to book in a reception as the property is made up of separate apartments and owners of apartment aren’t on site. When booking through booking.com, the reservation goes to the owner who then tell the staff at the property to let you in. It may of taken a long time as we did a last minute booking but it feels a bit long winded.
