FRFor a long stay, it's impeccable. When I arrived the building and the apartment were clean. I cooked most days, there are quite a few utensils for that, it's also a very good place to work with comfortable chairs. The bed was super comfortable. A little out of the way from the center, but very well served by buses. Overall I recommend it. The host also had the air conditioning installed the day after my arrival :)
To nitpick, I would say that there is a lack of light in the living room.
