Sundance Suite - Prairie Rose Bed & Breakfast

The property is about 15 miles outside of town in a ranchette area. The area is quiet, and pretty with rolling Prairie grass. Our room was upgraded to the Yellowstone Cattle Baron Ensuite. The room was nicely appointed in a western style with a very comfortable king-size bed. There is a nice sitting area outside if you have additional time to just relax. The host was so very kind and friendly.

The bathtub, a large Jacuzzi tub, I needed to be cleaned as you could see soap scum around the outside from the previous person. My husband cleaned it up and ventured to take a bath but there was not enough hot water for the bath so when I tried to wash my face there was no hot water for that either. A bit disappointing. The room was warm and even though there is a provided thermostat for the room and the fan and cooling system ran all night it still wasn’t till early in the morning when the room finally cooled. My husband said that it was hard to understand how to make the TV work… Turn it off and read a book… Anyway it might be helpful to have a little bit of a direction although he did figure it out in the end.

Ellyn was a fantastic host and made us feel like family. Room and breakfast was everything that we could wish for.

Ellyn is very sweet and takes obvious pride in caring for her home and guests. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with her. The property is about fifteen minutes north of old town Cheyenne, which was nice for us due to the noise and activity of the center of town.

Scented laundry product, which is a standing issue for me nearly everywhere we go.

You will not find a better host than Ellyn! She is so personable and definitely has been blessed with the gift of hospitality. Everything about our stay was perfect including the delicious breakfast she made for us. We will be back!

Everything was exceptionally great! We enjoyed staying at Sundance Suite. Be ready for a squeaky clean room, delicious breakfast, and beautiful atmosphere when you stay there.
