Running Y Resort

The place was clean enough as far as I could tell. The kitchen wasn't stocked as well as some., but OK.. The price wna not excessive.

The main problem I had was in the bathroom with tub. The water temper was very difficult to adjust, my wife and grandson could not adjust the temperature and could NOT switch to the shower, and I could barely do so. Some ot the persons I spoke to spoke too rapidly ( which is altogether too0 common at many places now, not just at Running Y) so they were difficult to understand.

Course was fabulous . I didn’t play but am in the industry . Food and beverage was excellent .

I had a couple of questions for the guy at the desk , he seemed condescending . Our tv wouldn’t work and he loudly announced he might be able to “get a maintenance man to help you with that “” It was never made to work and we watched our team on our phone . The window in our unit was so water stained you couldn’t see out of it . The exit door at the end of the ring we were in does not have a card lock which seems like a security issue to me . In general the grounds seem a bit dog eared to this 40 year golf course super. The course is a ten. The resort is a 7.

Beautiful setting, well-maintained grounds

Rooms were run down and could use a good update- there were pieces of faux leather on the headboards flaking off onto our pillows.

The Cali Flatbread was wonderful, and the staff was really nice.

Clean and relaxing. Had everything I needed.

Loved the location, style, cleanliness and great value. Very pet friendly. Loved having walking trails next to lodge.

Been to the Running Y before. It is a quiet, lovely Resort. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food at the Ruddy Duck Restaurant is delicious. We also like to take advantage of the indoor pool and jacuzzi.
