The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. They make a point of asking if everything is to your satisfaction and anything they can do to make better, is also a genuine concern for them to make sure your stay is perfect.

It was rainy during our stay, and water leaked through the balcony doors. Other than that, the staff was great, good price on laundry and massages, which was very good. The rooms are on the small size, and the river that runs across the front is just a narrow branch of the bigger river. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet location walkable to old town centre in 10 mins. Great proximity to some amazing vegan / plant based restaurants. Very welcoming and attentive staff.

Incredible stay at this property. Every single staff member cares so deeply about the guest experience and we felt so taken care of. The spa and breakfast are great perks, and you are walking distance to the main sights of town. I can't recommend it enough. My only issue is that the shower would flood the bathroom and it takes awhile for the water to get hot.
