Close to Palas Mall. The owner agreed to let us check in 1 hour earlier. For younger people that do not care about details it might be a good fit.

We decided not to spend the night there. We had a choice so we prefered to sleep somewhere else. The apartment seems to have seen better days, it seems that some previous tennants didnt take care of the things inside the apartment. It is a risk for any landlord, I guess. I didnt pay attention and I thought that the kitchen and the room are separate but they are not. There was a bit of water on the bathroom floor so maybe something was leaking. Parking is a bit difficult to find close to the building, at least that day it was full of parked cars. Some improvement are required.
