Studios of the Panteão, 1st floor

Locatia a fost excelenta, curat si foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice din Lisabona. Multe restaurante aproape de asemenea, iar Sonya (proprietara) a fost foarte amabila, ne-a ajutat cu multe sfaturi legate de locatii pe care sa le vizitam/unde sa mancam. Am avut toate ustensilele necesare, inclusiv masina de spalat, plita electrica, uscator de par!

Din pacate, aerul conditionat nu mergea la momentul respectiv, iar unul din pereti avea infiltratii pentru care a trebuit sa tinem constant in priza un aparat dezumidificator. Am fost cazati 5 nopti, iar Sonya ne-a oferit o aeroterma, pe care am pornit-o in timpul noptilor, insa nu a fost acelasi comfort pe care l-am fi avut daca aerul conditionat functiona in noptile ploioase. Aceste probleme nu ne-au deranjat suficient cat sa luam legatura cu gazda pe parcursul sejurului, insa trebuia sa le mentionez!

Monolocale in una vecchia palazzina ristrutturata della Alfama , pulito e con i servizi necessari. Bagno di buone dimensioni e attrezzatura in cucina sufficiente per preparare piccoli pasti. Molte finestre per rendere la stanza luminosa. Zona in centro storico ma tranquilla, servita da ristoranti e bar (consiglio la prenotazione). Si raggiunge a piedi il centro di Lisbona e le principali attrazioni in pochi minuti. Per distanze più lunghe come Belem o Parque das Naçoes la zona è servita di tram, metro e treno. Accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di Sonya, la titolare del monolocale, che si è resa molto disponibile.

Ambiente molto umido dovuto alle molte piogge che hanno colpito Lisbona. La titolare tiene sotto controllo la situazione.

Perfect accommodation, the location is excellent, you can see the Tajo river from the window and the city center is less than 10 minutes by foot. The accommodation is well equipped and even has an iron. The bed is comfortable, the wifi is excellent. The owner of the apartment Sonya is incredibly kind, sociable and always ready to help, she welcomed us with open arms and a lot of warmth! All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back again!

Quartier vivant, des restaurants partout autour, très proche de la gare Métro et bus. Sonya est une personne très gentille, qui donne plein de conseils et qui parle très bien français.

Always the perfect place. Incredibly good from start to end. Perfect communication, very clean, close to the the train station and walking distance to the center. And you're right in the soul of Alfama, the most famous neighborhood. in Lisbon.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die zentral gelegen, aber dennoch in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend der Altstadt war. Wir haben uns als Mutter & Tochter sehr sicher gefühlt und konnten von dort aus ohne großen Aufwand alle Aktivitäten umsetzen. Vieles konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen , ansonsten war der Bahnhof Saint Apolónia sehr nah. Von dort aus konnte man mit Bussen, U-Bahnen oder Regionalbahn überall hinfahren konnte. Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sonya hat uns zu Beginn zudem mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr vorab und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr zufriedenstellend! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
