Apartment was in great location

On the day of checkout the wi fi was cancelled before we checked out

Nothing. I highly not recommend to stay there!!!!

Breakfast was a joke - artificial chemical croissants with cheapest juice. PLENTY of Cockroaches coming out of every slit. The owner of apartament was reassuring us that we were the first and only to complain about cocroaches but we met other guest from their second apartment, who have experienced the same problem with the insects. The owner also lied that it was normal that cocroaches come inside the house when you keep the windows open, however we slept in a hotel 500 meters away and there were absolutely no insects even though we kept the windows open whole night. And more - the owner confirmed the presence of cocroaches in the apartment and ensured us that he would give us back the payment as we were cheated. He didn't agree to sign a written obligation to refund the stay. We did not spend there even ONE night as it was impossible due to the conditions and we have not received any money back. Owner said money could be given back if we will cancel our reservation allowing to book this room to other persons (to live with the cockroaches), maybe they will accept these insects.
