Nothing about the accommodation. Staff around the bar and pool area were very helpful.

The accommodation was run down and dirty. The sponge for washing up must have been a year old, disgusting. Pots and cutlery all needed cleaning before use. No kettle in the apartment. Rust on the bathroom floor from the old washing machine. Balcony looked like it was ready to fall from the building, cracks everywhere. I've booked with booking.com for years now, and this is the first accommodation that was shocking

Excellent all round

The location is perfect.The place is decent, and the staff is very nice.We enjoyed our stay here really.There is washing machine in the room and all main things that you need for a good stay.

Noone came to clean the room while we were there

Good location within Los Cristianos, just a bit too far up the hill for me.

The apt issues, shower head keeps falling down, one side of the patio door doesn't lock, can't get sun on balcony and apt dated.

Clean You have everything in the unit Thank for the compliment drinks - coffee tea water coke

Nothing although would have been best if there’s an air con.

Appartment needs very updating,bed very uncomfortable,toaster needs binned,hoover wire not long enough to do whole appartment.only 1 plug extension,room older than grass need attention to shower,and tray, flooring bad, 10 days we had no one come to clean,bulbs out in shower room,I just think this apartment is very neglected and needs a whole makeover

Nice pool view from our balcony and basic kitchen essential such as condiments & cooking oil

not enough toilet paper, it wasn’t a full roll. Fortunately there is a 24 hr market that sold cheap toilet rolls for €1.20

Good value hotel with plenty of facilities

Have to pay for a sunbed but I don’t like hanging around pool so didn’t mind
