"Could be better"

Beautiful room and very comfortable bed

Arrived at Hotel Europa but was informed that we where staying in another hotel called Hotel Sole which was across the plaza from the Europa , that wasn't a major issue because we had a beautiful room there. The major problem we had was parking at the hotel , which was dreadful. If given clear instructions and guidance before arriving regarding parking it would have caused less confusion and stress. It took us 1 hour to park the car before eventually they sorted parking issue out and therefore even if the hotels are in a wonderful location , the beds are comfortable and they serve a good breakfast we won't be returning to the Europa , sorry !!

Location was great - right next to the port. Breakfast was excellent, pastries delicious. Convenient to the local bike rental. Staff was really nice and professional.

"Fabulous hotel in the centre opposite the ferry terminal"

Location was great

There was no bar in the hotel. The shower was also very tight space in the bath.
