1) Parking have lots n ,near to Lift. 2) Air-conditioning working good for all rooms. 3) Apartment was clean.

1) The apartment have cockroach every where at living area. 2) TV have but cantr be use because not internet. 3) Only one bathroom have water heater. 4) Swimming Pool condition is very bad specially the pool floor.. tiles breaking off.

the price affodable but the maintenance of the pool and building poor.

hope can upgrade all the buildings maintenance.kitchen facilities . The cleanliness of surrounding so bad.

Location

The hse was not clean and there were a lot of damages on the property. Only one bathroom has water heater. Even in bathroom there were no mirrors. There was not even a water filter or jug for us get water. The utensils has rusted stain which makes it impossible to drink or eat from them.
