I don't think there was much to dislike. We could hear the chairs from the dining/breakfast room downstairs because we were on a low level, if that will bother you choose a higher floor room. There's also a friendly rooster that starts at early dawn, that's common in Vietnam. If that will bother you, bring earplugs. :) Just as tips for other travellers.

The location was great, Easy cycle ( free to hire) to the beach, And a river walk to Hanoi old town.

I booked this place due to excellent reviews, but I wish I had stayed a bit closer to the Old Town. There were no stores nearby where I could get snacks or drinks from. Some of the streets leading to the hotel is still unpaved. Not much of a view from hotel

Good breakfast, good massage in the spa, very friendly staff. The room is comfortable.

Distante to the village center 15-20 walking.

The staff - they were all wonderful. They treated our baby son like he was their own family and our every need was seen to. The room was big, bed comfy and shower powerful. The view over the fields out the back was beautiful. We loved our stay here.

We should have booked a longer stay.
