Friendly. Clean. Welcoming. Lovely breakfasts.

This is a super spot to stay and we had a little cottage to ourselves and our dog. Easy dog walking immediately outside. The cottage had a kitchenette, very comfy bed and a spotless bathroom. We also had a lovely view across the orchard/garden. The electric blinds made it very easy to oversleep as they were very efficient at shutting out the light and could be operated from the bed, adding to the laziness of our stay! Our hosts were charming and the breakfast choices were excellent and beautifully cooked. Parking is available right outside. It was a fantastic base to explore from. Quiet and peaceful at night. Very good Italian restaurant walking distance and a local pub strolling distance. 5 star!

Nothing! The whole visit was delightful.

The room was great, the bathroom huge, the couple running it were very professional, location was good and breakfast fantastic. They even had an honesty bar.

Excellent property with lovely owners. Felt very welcomed.

The welcome from the hosts was warm and welcoming. The room was most comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. It had a very well equipped small dresser kitchen and a most comfortable seating area in front of a wood burning stove. An excellent “ made to order “ breakfast was provided. They provided us with good local knowledge and recommended an excellent pub for food.

All in the property is fantastic. Fiona & James are very kind and hearthfull people. They care for every detail and they make sure you have a lovely stay in their cozy house.

Very warm welcome, nice quiet location close to the river, with great views from our room windows, fabulous breakfast, will definitely be staying again.
