Niza 12-A Apartment Levante Beach

Excellent views. Lovely apartment.

The lift is old and very cramped. Would have preferred to have a lock box for the keys rather than having to collect them at a different location.

The apartment was in a great location, it was clean and spacious.

The lift up to the apartment was very small and sometimes didnt work.

Amazing apartment and one we will attempt to use on our next visit. Amazing facilities, all mod cons, fully loaded with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the location was absolutely perfect for the strip, the bar and all our restaurants. can't rate this property high enough.

Only a minor issue. The TV. We didn't really use it but it was so complicated and we only wanted to find a few music channels...

Location and decor

The lift was very small and dated The keys are a hassle having to pick up and drop off with the office been so far away especially when you have an early flight

The 2 sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable, noisy street, on the beach are no changing rooms

A fantastic apartment in a central location. Everything you needed was supplied. The apartment was super clean. On your door step are local bars, clubs, restaurants and the old town is only a 10/15 walk.

We knew it would be noisy as it's right on the main strip but just how noisy, took us by surprise. Better quality and fitting of the double glazing would have no doubt reduced noise inside the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this apartment as the only quiet time is between 4am and 8am

The apartment was nice just no balcony good location

The fact that you had to walk to a different location 15 mins away with your luggage to pick up a key and walk back again was very badly organised and inconvenient especially for people with walking difficulties and the elderly

The location is second to none, right at the top of the strip. Some cracking restaurants around the property and only a shorter than short walk to the pubs and sea.

The €200 deposit that isn't mentioned anywhere and should be really. I understand having a deposit just don't hide it. Some reviews state that the rooms are quiet as they're high up, I would state if you want a quiet room this isn't silent. It wasn't a problem to me at all however.
