Charming Rooftop Apartments- Strong Wi-Fi & 40percent Long-stay Disc

The location is relatively central in a lively neighborhood. Staff was polite and friendly. WiFi is strong and reliable. Warm water works. Room relatively spacious.

The rooms and reception are all located on the top floor and the only way there is via 3 to 4 very steep and uneven flights of stairs with a shaky railing. I believe this should be at least added in the description for people with walking impairments. Also our room had a faulty AC for almost the entirety of our stay starting from our arrival. The leak left a messy pool of water in the room which we routinely had to report before it was cleaned. We were told that due to the holidays the repair was delayed, which we understood. However , the absolute unwillingness from management to compensate us even in the slightest for the inconvenience certainly left a bad taste.
