I stayed in the basement cinema room. It was nice to experience a Korean-style one-room, and it was comfortable because everything was provided and it was self-service. I stayed comfortably by turning on the ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidifier after showering according to the host's instructions. Accommodation prices in Seoul are quite expensive, but this apartment was good because I could stay for a long time at a low price.

You're 30+ minutes away from tourist attractions. Therefore, you're living among the locals, and that felt good.

Black mold is still an issue throughout the apartment. The management/cleaning staff did a decent job repairing the concerns of the previous bad reviews, but the mold damage was too deep. The main room and bathroom need to be gutted and cleaned at a professional level. Just like the previous guest, I also did not know that I was renting a basement unit. Plus, the room faces the street and pedestrian traffic - You could hear every passing vehicle and conversation. Still, the black mold was the main reason we didn't rebook. Sad because the neighborhood and public transport were good. I would not pre-pay for this room unless you're guaranteed a refund if it doesn't pass your inspection....

Very authentic neighborhood environment, literally having all the things you need, not far from the tube station, lots of local restaurants/shop nearby, up on a lil hill

The room was extremely moldy (mostly the bathroom) with visible black spots everywhere in the grout lines. Also, it is not specified, but this room is a semi-basement with a view onto a wall. What they call a “balcony” is more of an enclosed veranda with concrete walls on all sides, and window panels above. The matresses we’re extremely uncomfortable, all springs and no padding. However, the host was very responsive and tried her best to help us.

I came to the Korean language school to learn Korean language and culture, and I was very satisfied with this accommodation and the host. The accommodation was not a hotel, but a short-term rental apartment, so the private space was comfortable like my own home, and although the electricity, city gas, and various utility bills were all included, the accommodation fee was already cheap. Also, as an international student, I needed to get an ID card, but the host willingly wrote a residence confirmation form for me. Thank you. I will book again next time!

It is a great studio apartment about 4 minutes on foot from Mia-sageori Station. The price is reasonable, the accommodation is as described, and everything is self-service, so it is comfortable and I like it. The host kindly sent self-check-in and usage instructions through Booking.com messages. There is Lotte Department Store 5 minutes on foot from the accommodation, and E-Mart and Hyundai Department Store 10 minutes away. You can also conveniently travel to many famous tourist attractions by taking Subway Line 4. I hope you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I recommend this apartment.
